Saturday, February 20, 2010 is the Piano Concerto Evaluation held at Hillsborough Community College’s Ybor Campus. Only students who are working on Concerto’s will be playing this day. This is a very popular event which requires a whole weekend to accommodate all pianists. Since scheduling is difficult and timely, the specific time of your child’s turn will be announced one to two weeks before the 20th. Please keep this day open so that there is flexibility in our schedule. 

Saturday, February 27, 2010 is the Piano Solo and Theory Evaluation held at Hillsborough Community College’s Ybor Campus. Historically my students have been scheduled in the morning between 9:00am - 12:00pm. However, we are at the mercy of the “Committee” in terms of a time slot. Hopefully the time slot we are given will work for everyone. The specific time of your child’s turn will be announced one to two weeks before the 27th. Please keep this day open so that there is flexibility in our schedule.

The Florida Federation of Music Clubs Annual Evaluation is held at Hillsborough Community College, Ybor City. This evaluation is not a competition but an opportunity to perform and receive evaluation for preparation and performance of music literature, and to encourage each participant to reach a higher standard of musical achievement. Auditions are private - Student, Family members and judge. Student pieces performed in the Winter Recital will also be performed in the annual Florida Federation of Music Clubs Festival at Hillsborough Community College, Ybor Campus.
